The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Please provide your cPanel username for verification purposes. Also, forum accounts are never deleted here.

As Calistoy stated we do not delete forum accounts.
However, I am going to escalate this for account deletion process and staff can address the issue of forums accounts with you if you wish.
