Seems like I'm getting errors when trying to log in to CPanel.
I've recently reset my password so is this a reason it could be happening?
Thanks for the hosting however :)
Many thanks
Josh

It's possible. You may want to check your username and password at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php then try again. Also, try resetting your password again incase you made a mistake.![]()
Hi there stpvoice
I reset my password via email to a new one as I forgot my old password for the account.
Tried resetting the password through the hosting settings and it says current password is not correct (or something on them lines).
I am able to login to the hosting panel and forum fine; just the CPanel giving incorrect username and password errors.
Thanks for reply
Edited: Due to typos

Sorry about this!
That's where I had tried before, but it shows the following:
Account Credentials and Security
Update your x10Hosting client account password and challenge question.
The current account password supplied is not correct.
I see. Sorry about that.
If you have a different password for the forums and cPanel, it is likely your forum password is the correct one. Have you tried to work out some combinations?
Also, have you tried the "Login to cPanel" button in the hosting section?
Fixed itself I'd gather; we don't actually have access to reset it from here XD
Glad it's working for now though; closing the ticket, but don't fret - if you run into other problems, let us know![]()
