How long ago did you delete the add-on domain from the server (cPanel)?

Synchronization can sometimes be a bit delayed, until that is performed account panel will show the addon as being present.
However the only time it would cause a problem, other then looking messy, is if you try to set that same domain as your main. In that case I can usually override and change it from the backend.

Thank you both for your swift responses, it was about 45-60 minutes ago or so, so I'll sit on it for a while to see if it synchronizes.
