Troubles converting from phpBB2 to phpBB3

I'm trying to convert my board from phpBB2 to phpBB3. However, when I try to do the actual conversion, I keep getting internal server errors and my account keeps getting suspended for "high CPU usage". The database itself is quite big, and I suspect it's size may have something to do with the issues I'm having, but how would I go about converting my forum without encountering those problems?

Hello there may be a modification where you can set how fast it goes, also the best way would be to purchase "Prime" membership or illuminated membership as they both allow more resource usage therefore enabling your to upgrade.

You should be able to upgrade the forums once the resources limits have been upgraded as stated in the newsletter.

Still not working. I don't know if the upgrade to Prime has finished or if the database is still too big, but either way it's kind of annoying having to keep unsuspending my account every time I try.

And the hosting panel does say Prime, but I don't know if that actually means that my site is actually on the prime server.

Actually illuminated would move you to the new server, but Prime upgrades your amount of resources able to be used.

And if it matters, the database I'm trying to convert is about 25MB in size, mainly due to the amount of topics and posts.
