Addon domain emails

Hi there,

I've created an Addon domain for my work, I've also created an support email via there.
But i can't recieve any emails.. I CAN send them, But recieving doesn't work, Is there any way how to fix this?

Have you tried sending the email you are trying to receive from various different email accounts? Some may be filtered out by spam blockers.

Are you trying to receive them at a local mail app, in other words using pop3?

Do the sender get any mail delivery failure or other error messages?

Hi, Well, I'm not getting any error if i send an email to that account, I tried emailing it from @LIVE, and @GMAIL. But further more nothing is arriving, I can only send it, And i'm using your Squirell Mail to send/recieve.
And no not using any POP3 settings.

Right, I installed Roundcube myself, Somehow it says it cannot send the email due SMPT settings.. I have NO idea how to configure it, Somehow it stopped sending emails aswell, Can tech look into this and help me out? And when i putted the correct SMPT information it says, It cant connect to the SMPT server, Altough i did what the CPANEL manual email thing said.. With the correct login and password!

Windows live has blocked x10hosting.. Thats why we can't send emails to them, Thats 1 problem solved, ALSO can this be removed? I got alot of Hotmail contacts to send mails to.. Now i can't.

Unfortunately it's not up to x10 if windows live wants to unblock us; we've had requests in to get unblocked but it never seems to last.

Its really to bad that some people screw it up for us, Your hosting is awesome, And some people just have to ruin it for us, Thanks for the reply.
