Hi,

First, I'd like to say that I've heard a lot of good things about you guys. My friend recommended me to you when I told him that my current hosting plan with another company is about to be up and I needed a cheaper hosting solution. So, I decided to check you guys out. I signed up for a free account just so I can mess around and see what features you guys offered.

I have to say, I was surprised at all the features you guys offered for free. While I was looking last night, everything was running smoothly and I was satisfied with how it was running. However, today, as I went to mess around a little bit more (specifically with Softaculous, as my current hosting service only offers Fantastico), I was upset to find that Softaculous wouldn't even load do to the server load. So, I waited a little bit, logged out, then, as I attempted to log back in, it said that the server load was too high and to try again later.

I understand that I'm only using the free hosting service, but the fact that you can't even do anything do to server stress is kind of ridiculous. I still am planning on switching over to you guys when my current hosting plan is up becasue you guys have really good prices.

My question is this: Is there anything that can be done about the fact that I can really even get around on the cPanel due to server stress? Maybe I could be switched to another server? If not, I'll just wait until my current hosting plan is up and then I'll go to your guys' payed hosting, which I am fine with. But it'd be really awesome if something could be done about it now.
