cannot submit the un-suspension request

it give a system error alert when I try to submit my request to un-suspense my hosting package. I re-submitted it several times but it still throws the same error.

The suspension date shows as Nov. 22, 2010 for inactivity. Any suspension not resolved within 14 days from the day it was suspended would place the account into termination. This means that your hosting account hasn't existed in the system for nearly a month now. Sorry, but it's too late. Feel free to sign up for a new hosting account.
