Question on TOS?

Hi.

I have read the TOS so many times my left has a twitch .

My question is this: Would Mibbit be classified as a breech of contract if I used it for an irc chat? Mibbit uses it's own servers, but they require you to have a widget script in place to have access?

I have reread the TOS, and there is no mention of this type of script.

Mibbit would be fine; the reason why is although we block shoutbox/chat scripts that use our resources mibbit doesn't actually run on x10hosting - it loads on the client pc and connects to IRC through them directly.

Because it pretty much sidesteps us, we don't hate it cause it doesn't use us
