Suspension Status

Hello, my hosting account was on warning of suspension, but now I'm confused over the status.
For the last while I have been submitting the ticket to remove the suspension, but it kept getting an error in sending. However, just today when I resubmitted it, it disappeared.
However the notifications don't say anything of whether the status has been removed or not.
Could you please confirm whether the suspension status has been removed?

Your account is not suspended, and I'm able to see your site just fine. If you still can't visit your site, delete your browser's cache and try again.
