    Why no logs?

I am unable to find any where in my c panel log files. I can not check many data. Specially crawler crawling from my site or not. I know about google because google web-master show the status but bin and yahoo do not do. Can any one tell me where do I find logs?

    Re: Why no logs?

Cpanel provides access to your logs through the Latest Visitors and Raw Access Logs tool. However, I think you'd be much happier with a service such as http://statcounter.com. The stats are much much more detailed and the service is free.

    Re: Why no logs?

there is no raw access log not even a simple log file here. I have two status counting script installed in my page the problem is if any one try to hack my site and I think some one did there is no log is appearing for raw access because if I avoid my pages some how then no counter script will be loaded so no clue.

    Re: Why no logs?

The reason Hit logs are not found in cPanel is due to the fact that the server that runs cPanel, is not the same server that handles HTTP requests for your site. It is also the same reason the Error Log doesn't work in cPanel.
