Suspended for "Consistently High CPU usage"

Hi guys.
I've literally only just created an account at x10. I spent about 30 mins uploading drupal via ftp, and one min installing it. I was then suspended for consistently high CPU usage, how is this possible when I've hardly even used the site?!

Installer scripts can use a lot of resources. You might want to use Softaculous to install Drupal if you continue to have a problem.

These limits do allow everyone to use their accounts fairly. If we allowed everyone to use more, there'd be less available all the time. It's unfortunate, but it's the only way.
