My server, maybe?

My site (http://wheeksnrumbles.x10hosting.com) has that ugly error on it. It has been there for MONTHS, and I figured it would be solved; a server error, most likely was my initial thought.

Hate to have to counter ya again but a 10.XXX.YYY.ZZZ ip is inside the network, what's happening is it looks like the username/pass have either changed, or that user lost permissions somehow. For curiosities sake, can you delete the user, recreate it, and reassign it to the database to see if that fixes it?
