Wordpress public filemanager in Suspension

My web site was suspended when i uploaded a picture. I wrote this problem in forum, i got a answere:

And while it doesn't really seem like a phishing site, it is surely a security problem. /wp-content/themes/vietproblogv10-TR/images/wp-login.php Is a public filemanager, which would allow anyone to upload files to your account, and also change the file permissions on those files. I'm gonna have to leave your account suspended and check with a higher level admin, but it is highly likely that your account will remain suspended, as a publicly available file uploader would be a security problem. Having a public uploader would also carry the possibility of breaching the file storage/file hosting part of the TOS. Regards, Anna


i don't know how to change to filemanager. Because of that, If you open to my account is active, I control it and change it from public to private. Also i want to backup of my site but i don't login to cpanel.

You will have to wait for Anna's reply. She's one of the higher level staff on X10 and no one who usually assists in this forum can overrule her decision. This is a special circumstance, so there's really nothing that can be done until then.

You've been suspended for phishing, not for the uploader. My guess is the admins found this out as soon as they investigated your account's uploader. You cannot receive access to your files, databases, or account if you are found to be hosting illegal content. If we allowed you to download illegal content from our servers, we would be doing something illegal.

yes this problem is about phishing but "it doesn't really seem like a phishing site, it is surely a security problem." Because of that if i can receive access to my files and account, i'll ameliorate the security of the site -it is a wordpress blog site-. I'm a computer engineer and i need my blog site.

And per Anna she has to check with someone even higher up than she is - we can't remove the suspension or do -anything- until that happens, and once that happens your original ticket will get updated.

There's literally nothing anyone else can do at the moment here, because no one messes with stuff that's staying under a suspension per the admins. If they say it can be unsuspended, great, they'll unsuspend it, but at this point it is purely up to them. We can't do anything with it, and they'll work with the original ticket that was sent.

but it's injustice. my web site is suspended, it's ok, but i want to login to cpanel and i can remain access to my files. the other hosting companies allow this situation.
