You offered a service that I signed up to that would mean that there would no longer be a requirement to login to the forum every month to keep a website active.

It would appear that you haven't enacted that protocol.

How long has my website been down for due to your error?? I have paid the fee.

How dare you take my site down when you said you wouldn't and I am still receiving emails threatening my availability if I don't log in. You aren't providing the service you asked to be paid for.

If you can't fix it you can give me my money back. This is misrepresentation on your part and I am very very unhappy. I do not have time to tickle your forums at your whim. You asked for money to avoid this yet you aren't delivering what you promised.

So get it sorted or I will move the site completely.

It is an automatic process, and your site was suspended before you signed up for prime.

Derek, he actually bought it before the suspension.

The problems that caused this has been corrected though, the forum account was not set to the proper group at the time of inactivity check was run.

We have also made sure the same mistake will not happen again.
