Cannot access starka page

I just got my account, and clicked on the starka link in the confirmation email... it is broken and I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. How do I get this to work so I can put up my new page?

I assume you're trying to access cPanel. If so try:
http://starka.x10hosting.com:2083
or http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082
