My account got suspended!

Does anyone know why my account would have been suspended for high resources usage when it's not using any resources? It's not even had traffic?

That just may be because of the chat script that you uploaded and installed that is hogging all of the server resources. Your account is suspended for that now because it violates the terms of service that you agreed to when you signed up. Feel free to upgrade to the Illuminated or Premium hosting package as they don't have this restriction in the terms of service.
