Deleting account

Dear x10hosting.com,

i created this host next to my domain to make a website with a runescape private server. I saw when i tried to put my RSPS online that our internet connection interupts. So we stop with the RSPS. Now we have a blank host. Can you delete my account? I don't know where to do that.
