Internal Server Error

Dear x10hosting administrator,

When I try to access my free subdomain 2gmtotal.x10.bz shows me the following error:



"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."



I installed joomla from the installer program from cpanel. Currently no data. Please reset my account if necessary.

I suggest you download Joomla from http://www.joomla.org/ and install it yourself manually. This method would probably work better.
Your account is new, so it would be better to try and eliminate the problem at this stage, rather than trying to correct it, if you see what I mean?

I would delete any files you uploaded from the public_html directory, and start again.

I deleted all files, and I think the problem is not running php code files.

Also if I create a directory shows me everything in it.

What directory did you create?

I did a test, create a directory, I added some files and notice that putting 2gmtotal.x10.bz/prueba display content.

Now I was installing joomla manually, I uploaded the files but does not run the installer.

This is what was noted above, does not run php code.
