Club Penguin Printed Not Working At All - Website Specified Not Published?

My site clubpenguinprinted.elementfx.com isn't working. It says it is not published. I don't know why. Can you help me? I really want to publish my Wordpress site.

Also, I wanted to create another account to create a phpBB but it says something about verification thing. That email is red_apollo@live.com. All I want is a Wordpress site ans phpBB forum. So badly. Please. This is the only hosting thing that is free, and I can't get a paying web host, but don't ask why. Thank you.

additionally you do not need a second account to host phpbb, in fact multiple accounts are not allowed.
You can simply upload it to another folder

It says the site isn't published for me. And when I try to login, it redirects me to clubpenguinprinted.com? Then it goes to Search Comcast 5.

If you set it to use that domain then it might force a redirect.
