Normally the Trojan.IFrame-# suspensions are an FYI to let you know that your site has been compromised. The problem is the chatbox violates the terms of service, so the reasoning changes a bit.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
