i was installing vbulletin as i read in the TOS that it's ok. and while installing my acct got suspended... why the hell is that? i'm guessing i need to go with a different hosting company then... forget this upgrading crap when i can't even test it out...

so it unsuspended me finally... too bad it ruined my installation and now i have to manually readd all the files with my slow ass internet... appreciate it... now i know i won't be upgrading to a paid hosting here...
