I managed to install and set up both Moodle and Joomla and they have been running excellent, but now I am getting errors that the SQL database is down. I cannot even get to the backend of Joomla. This is the Moodle error: Error:

Database connection failed.

It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.

The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php
