Question on an account (unblocking).

Dear managers x10hosting.com! My site tosk2.x10.bz have blocked for the following reason:

Public upload script found. Also, unsupported language (russian).

I badly understand English, therefore I write through the translator. Your help is necessary to me. To me interests, why and for what scripts me have blocked, and whether it is possible to solve this problem. I do a site for a long time, I spend for it a lot of time and I would not like for it to lose.

I have read through rules of your hosting, but up to the end have not understood, that to what. I hope for your support with a site. Next time I shall be close and I shall try to work without mistakes.

Me the question as it is possible to unblock a site interests and how to avoid problems in the further?

It is possible the answer more in detail, and that I badly know language and I can not disassemble the some (my language - Russian).

Unfortunately we don't have staff who can speak russian, but I'll do my best to use words that can be easily translated to russian.

The Public Upload script was breaking the "File Hosting" section of our terms of service. Also, x10hosting's TOS also says we only accept sites in English, Spanish, or French - yours was not in any of these.

For these reasons we were forced to suspend your account. This is a permanent suspension that cannot be removed for any reason. As such, your account has been completely shut down, and we cannot provide backups.

Also what to me to do? I tried above a site more than year, studied programming, and all in vain? You cannot give to me a copy of a site at all?

And still: at you sites in Russian are forbidden? But my site existed more than half-year and you did not block an account and did not give out preventions? The site easy existed.

I think you're missing the point here. Sometimes we let the unsupported language suspension slip because we simply haven't reviewed it yet.

HOWEVER. It is still part of the terms of service, and when we find something else that breaks the terms of service, we list every violation we can find. Even without unsupported language, this is still a permanent suspension for having a file uploader available to the public.

And you are also correct - I am indeed saying there is no way to get a backup, because the same terms of service that was broken indicates in section 6 that backups are the sole responsibility of the customer - you.

But nevertheless! I certainly, have not so understood, BUT: my site has left from servers and does not remain even to a copy? Also that for a public file, I have not understood, excuse, even with the translator. It is possible, please, more in detail? I have spent for a site so much work, time, a life... A public file uploader is used to upload files to your website. The problem here is that it's public, which means anyone can use it, which means the account violates the File Hosting section of the TOS. That's a zero tolerance violation on its own, which is why we can't unsuspend you, even if the site had been in english, spanish, or french.

Edit: I'm also confused how you're saying you had the site a year; the account was opened in October. If you were working on it before you came here then you should have a backup somewhere.

On a side note, the fact it was up more then a year does not allow you to bypass the rules, it may simple mean that your site was never reviewed previously.

Site reviews are random, for some we notice the unsupported language quick, others can go on much longer, like in your case over a year without being looked at closer.

But public loading of files - on subjects. That is I load or I and if others I check and if that breaks copyrights - I shall remove. Well also what to me to do? Certainly, on my computer there was a copy of a site, but whether it is possible to restore all the same an account, and I shall clean all public loading... You may not provide a possibility for anyone to upload files on your account, that is considered file hosting.
A publicly available file uploader does provide just that, a possibility for anyone to upload any files.

There's nothing to add to this discussion really, you will NOT get your account back; sometime after at least 14 days has passed since it got suspended it will be automatically terminated.

I whole year means in vain worked to improve a site. I think, you should give out preventions simply. It is very a pity.
