Wordpress Domain Name Changing error found ...

My domain name is http://msconsultants.elementfx.com and i was trying to change my domain name to http:// www.msconsultants.co.cc but after changing my domain name in wordpress option it start showing this error when im trying to login in my wordpress account ...
404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:
www.msconsultant.co.cc/wp-login.php (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to www.msconsultant.co.cc's WebMaster.
my database name is piyushb_msproperty & database username is piyushb_Piyush ..
now when ever i try to open my site it is not loading correctly moreover i can't login to my wordpress account
can u plz help me in this or can u just restore my account widout any changes in data or losses ??

Hi there,

You've defined the co.cc domain as an addon, which I believe means it has a folder of its own which you specify when adding it. As you've already changed to site URL in wordpress, you'll need to ensure all of the files for wordpress are inside that directory, or the settings will be wrong.
