Transfer to Premium

Hi I am a bit confused about transferring to Premium hosting. My site experienced a lot of traffic today and has been suspended. I would like to transfer it to a Premium server as soon as possible because I am losing out on marketing opportunities. Could you please tell me what I need to do?

You were suspended for high resource usage.
I have unsuspended your account now.

Premium has much higher limits on resource usage (in fact, it may not have them at all), so you'd be unlikely to experience the same issue on there. If you want to sign up, please go to http://x10premium.com/buynow.php and once you're done open a support ticket in the premium clients' area, and someone will transfer your account.

The first step is sign up for, and pay for a premium account.

Once that is done, submit a ticket in the premium clients area saying you want your free account transferred. Don't forget to at least include what cpanel username we should transfer over.
