Suspension for activity

I tried to install Moodle 2 as offered by 2 of your automatic scripts. This involves a lot of changes to the settings in Moodle. Also the database is never set up correctly in utf-8 so this has to be manually changed in Phpmyadmin.
I suppose these activities use up some extra resources but it is crazy that I be suspended just for trying to fix a program which you offer as a service.
Can you please not suspend me for this reason.

I have unsuspended your account but I cannot promise that it will not happen again due to the fact the high system resource usage suspensions are automatically triggered whenever the system detects resource usage in excess of pre-defined parameters.
The only long term solution is to either reduce the resource usage or upgrade to a paid plan that allows increased resource usage.
