He donot know English,so I ask for him

1. he has up soure code of Vivvo CMS to X10hosting and his host is Suspended.Why?he donot see the term about vivvo CMS??

2.I have a hosting on X10 but it also Suspended.I violationed of the terms.
I DNS a domain on dot.tk(hayhat.tk) and now I cannot creat one more (hayhat.tk)
Can the X10 hosting del my Acount?And I can creat DNS domain hayhat.tk

1) As stated by Anna in your other topic, for us t assist with his account he must open a ticket himself.

2) As for yours, you are under a permanent zero tolerance suspension for putting Rapidleech on your account. This cannot be removed, we cannot forcefully erase the account (it will purge itself from the system in time), and your dot.tk domain cannot be used on another x10hosting account until it's cleared from the system when the account gets erased. If you wish to use the dot.tk domain elsewhere, change your settings at dot.tk.

A minimum of 14 days must pass from after you were suspended. This is a "floating" time frame in that it can be much longer. And yes, as I stated you -can- use the domain with a different host before the account is erased - you have to go to dot.tk and change your DNS settings there.

2) You did half of it right; this was the right way to get assistance with -your- account, but we can't help with the friends account unless he actually opens a ticket himself.


Edit: Looks like he did actually open a ticket himself as well, so you don't need to worry about his anymore.

His ticket has already received a response; you do not need to attempt to check on it since we can't detail what was actually said anyways.
