connecting to ftp

i can't connect to ftp

-----my settings-------
my url=www.lislia.com
myftp u name=admin@lislia.com

with these settings Coreftp shows error message " login incorrect"

what are the correct configuration settings for coreftp

1. u name & pass which i used to login x10hosting.com

OR

2. the uname & pass in the cpanel11(check my attachment)

2nd option is correct. Use the cpanel username and password for login to ftp.

with above settings ,with coreFTP

i got this error message

"login incorrect"

but my login info is 100% correct & checked twice
