    Unsuspension

    please i want from x10hosting team to unsuspend me hosting account and i want to know the details of suspension to prevent it later.

    Hi there,

    Your account has been suspended for use of a chat box. This is a zero tolerance suspension, so your account is permanently suspended. The only way to recover your files is to upgrade to Illuminated or Premium, where chat boxes are allowed.
