Stoli account still in account panel after move to Illuminated servers

Hi,

About one or two weeks ago, I purchased the Illuminated plan. I was moved to the Illuminated servers, and my problems were fixed. (Ticket #UQB-354999)
I was told that the Stoli account would be removed in 24 hours, but it never was. (since it still is showing in the account panel as "Hosting Server stoli") The ticket was closed today. (Jan 13)

Any update on the Stoli account removal?

It shows up as active to me as well. I will request a staff member to assist you with this problem.
