I've been kindly waiting for my domain to modify. It has become ridiculous so I'm opening another ticket. If a simple domain modification couldn't be done than please, support staff state, "We do not know how to modify a domain. We cannot change the domain. There is a system error beyond our control. That is not in our power. Domain modifications are not possible. We'll keep you updated." Something along of those lines would be reassuring rather than no response at all. It's a little sad.

Yes I've waited more than a couple days. No one has bothered to even look into it further or take the time to respond.

X10 looked great, but I'm sadly disappointed in the support response time.
