    The quickest and easiest way to get your site up and running is to use Softaculous from your CPanel. From here you can install any sort of PHP software that will be automatically installed to your server without needing to download or upload files, create MySQL databases or manage permissions.

    I'd recommend Joomla! or Drupal. These are called CMS software (for Content Management System). If you do a google search on how to customize these sites, you will find a ton of great information on how you can make your site look like whatever you want and do whatever you want.
