It's against the rules to have chatboxes.
As per the TOS you agreed to:
* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.
Whether this is a zero tolerance suspension I don't know, but it shouldn't have been there. Sadly, this means you didn't read the Terms of Service that you agreed to abide by.

Chatboxes are classed as a "Zero-tolerance" violation of the Terms of Service.
This means access to your account has been permanently revoked (website unavailable, and no further access to your files, including any backups, will be provided).
In future please read what you're agreeing to. This time you have just lost your website, next time it may be your house, family, and collection of sporting memorabilia from agreeing to a secured loan with harsh repayment options.
