Straka Doesnt Work! HELP!

Hi I'm new to x10hosting, I got my account couple of days ago. I'v been tryign to login in to my sarka account but it always keeps saying "Login Failed". I'm new so its the first time and I havent been able to see how it looks or anything as it doesnt let me login. Please fix theis issue as soon as possible as I really need it! Thanks

Ensure you are logging in with the correct details, the URL should be http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/ and the cPanel username is not the same as your forum username.
If this is still not working, try logging into you account panel and changing your password. There is also a link in the account panel that'll automatically take you to cPanel with the correct details.
