Question About Terms of Use

I had a question about terms of use. If I started learning about computer security and how to see if a system is secure, could I share this content with others? I know some of it may be deemed hacking, but it is a legal form of hacking.

"hacking" is not allowed here. It doesn't matter if it's illegal or legal. The TOS clearly forbids it.

I thought I would ask. I know people are hired to try to break through a companies security to find and fix holes. I didn't know if posting my research in this are of computing would have been a bad move in accordance with the ToS. Guess I know now.
