Starka Server Control Panel Problem

I am trying to log-in to the cPanel, but it said, "Problem Loading Page". So I tried in a different browser, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer, if you may be wondering I am using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.13 Latest Version. If you may, help me access my cPanel, I will be happy!
