Cannot unsuspend

I was trying to install the CMS "Moodle", when my account was suspended for ""high system resource usage.

I cannot login into cPanel.

You unsuspend yourself by going to the Account Panel, https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php , with your Forum username/password, not cPanel

I've automatically installed Moodle with "Fantastico Deluxe" from Cpanel.

I cannot log into Moodle with my admin account.
The message is "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later."

May be Moodle is too heavy on the server.

At least that time my account is not suspended
