I am using more resources than I planned on, so I upgraded to the pay service yet I am still suspended and cannot get into my account.

You can normally unsuspend yourself for resource usage suspensions through the account panel. However, this time I have done so for you. If this is a recurring problem then I suggest you look through what you have installed and try to remove anything that is resource intensive. If you're not sure what to look for then it is possible to find which script caused the suspension.

It just kicked me off again, and all I am trying to do is upload a file. I do not know why it is freezing, I don't use any kind of Seo software. In fact, I need to take a couple of things off. Like I said, I just updated to the pay service so I ought to at least be able to get into it for a minute!

What paid service did you upgrade to, as I still see you as on a free account with no addons.
If possible, upload your files using FTP rather than a webpage, as this'll avoid your account getting suspended if the file is large-ish.

By the way, it will not let me unsuspend. It keeps telling me I already have a request pending.

That may be because I just put a request in too, so it should be working again now.
