Unable to access escalated ticket

I had a recent ticket that was escalated: Strange timeout issue

Issue has been resolved. Unfortunately I cannot state this in the escalated ticket since I cannot access it:

It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (D38A904F)

This is always what I get when I try to access it.

The page loads fine for me now. Could you try it again? Unfortunately, the only thing I could do in this instance is escalate this to another ticket.

You should not get those errors anymore, changes has been made to the firewall.
