    Howdy;
    To start off with, what plan do you wish to upgrade to?

    If you wish to upgrade to Premium simply place an order for premium service and after your new premium service is established open a ticket in the client area, (premium support), and request that your free hosting account be moved to your new premium account. Staff will then move your account for you.
