Hello,
I noticed that just after I had uploaded a proxy script that my hosting account had been suspended for doing so. It was just a small feature that I had planned as a means of attracting regular visitors. I honestly didn’t think that I was breaking your TOS’s but can understand why it does. I am honestly sorry for this and you have my word that it will be immediately taken down and no other sort of proxies will be added with your hosting.

I’m just *really* hoping that you would allow myself to have a second chance. As I said above, it was an honest mistake and one that will never happen again.

If your Account is suspended for a reason that is listed in zero-tolerance policy then your account will not be unsuspended. It will be terminated after 14 days and you will not get your data back.

The list of suspensions that are included in zero-tolerance policy.

◦ Copyright Infringement
◦ Phishing sites
◦ Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)
◦ Malware and all other malicious files

◦ Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)

You sure as heck ain't getting a second chance now that you had a proxy -and- pornographic material on the account, so I hope you weren't too attached to anything on there since you ain't getting it back -ever-.

Rechecked the file where you were referring to people as what google define: returns as "works as a prostitute" since I will not curse here.

You're right, it's not porn, but it's borderline racism.


Not that it matters much since the proxy is still a zero tolerance permanent suspension; you had the account for a total of 4 days and proxies were in the TOS way back in 2005 when I joined, so it's nothing new that those are a permanent suspension.

Closing topic since we've resolved the one thing we -can- and gotten the reason fixed, my apologies on the mis-suspension for adult material, but you're still zero tolerance'd for proxies which was the original suspension reason.
