I need to have my free site migrated over to my pay site please. There is a link on my accounts over there that is connected to my site, but there is a disconnect somewhere. Thanks.

Have you now obtained premium hosting at x10Hosing?
If so, you should now be able to to create a ticket in the premium hosting client area where you can request that staff move your free hosting files to your new premium hosting account.
