Account unsuspension

My account was suspended because i had uploaded 'c99.php'. I had read the TERMS OF SERVICE thoroughly but i didn't find any single line where uploading a shell script was prohibited. Please unsuspend my account.

It may not be specifically mentioned, but they are still not allowed.

There's a couple sections that could be applied;

* Script Hosting: Space provided by x10Hosting is to be used to create a functional website, we do not allow bots, content scrapers, or any other script that runs continuously on your account. Any scripts that are executed via cron or manually must be directly related to your website.
* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

Also from the AUP:

* is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against x10Hosting by offended viewers.
Content published or transmitted via x10Hosting's service includes web content, e-mail, bulletin board postings, chat, and any other type of posting or transmission that relies on any internet service provided by x10Hosting.

They don't have any purpose on your account and they can be used in an exploitative way which is why we do not allow them. Shell scripts is also considered a trojan horse/backdoor app, which makes them fall under malicious sofware.

Can't do that, we have a strict zero tolerance policy for these types of TOS violations. The account is permanently suspended, all access forever revoked.

Eventually the account will be terminated.
