IP address & nameservers for forwarding

I'm trying to set up a domain to forward to, and mask, my x10 account. I can't do it from within this account though, I need to do it from their end.

To set it up, I need to know the IP address of where my site is hosted and nameservers? Can anyone point me in the direction of this information? I've tried looking through the forums and thought I'd found the correct answer but it doesn't actually work.
