Suspended account

Hi my account is suspended while I was uploading backup wordpress xml file.

I am wondering how can I un-suspend it? And is it because I am uploading a file that exceeds the size limit? (less than 2MB).

Hi there,

You were suspended for high resource usage, which does trigger sometimes from time to time when doing otherwise basic tasks. I've unsuspended you, but for future reference you could have done so yourself from the account panel.
You may want to consider Prime, Illuminated or Premium, which increases the amount of resources you are allowed.
