There's no reference to any of those domains nor users within the x10 system. If you have only just registered, make sure you have confirmed your email and then you may have to wait before the account is created.

There is no account linked to your current forum username; for security we have to actually make sure it's -your- account before we can assist further. Do you still have -any- of the initial signup emails that would contain your hosting username for instance?

The domain you provided as well as the ftp user you provided, is added onto another users hosting account as an addon domain respective an additional ftp account.

We can not give details out to anyone but the actual hosting account holder regarding a persons account.
You would need to get in touch with the account owner for those details, that would be the one that initially gave you those login details.

The name of the owner does not match the name you did sign your post with, and that email address is not to be found as a contact email for that hosting account.
