You can have games anyway, as long as they dint break copyright laws and are to do with your website

Hi.
Okay thanks. The game extension for Joomla would require the games to be hosted onsite. I'm just wondering since some chat services which require server resources are banned (for free accounts), wouldn't this rule also apply to internally hosted games? To me it sounds one, and the same as far as use of resources are concerned (I could be very wrong here though).
If I can't host the games then I'm thinking on embedding games hosted by a site called FOG which I think might be allowed, but then again it's safer to ask first.
Cheers, and thanks again for the reply.
Flash games, which are most commonly used in forum arcades and such, does usually not depend on having a database connection and reloading/querying the database every few seconds (which is the main reason for disallowing chat scripts).
That said, I can't guarantee them not to trigger a HRU suspension.
