I cant not to open my url domain

Please i need solve this problem whit my host, when to try open my url, them show me this message error: Internal Server Error

The immediacy of the 500 response suggests you may have either your permissions setup incorrectly or you have an error in your .htaccess file. If you've been uploading files, check that they do not have full access for 'world' in the permissions, you could try setting them to 755 to test although more stringent permissions can then be used later once you've found the issue.
