i just wanna know, why my account is suspended.
is it permanently? or for the mean time only?..
im using only SMF forum and wordpress..
and im using DNS redirection with dot.tk

In accordance with the Terms of Service the suspension for hacking tools is considered a permanent zero tolerance suspension. To answer your questions in order:

1) You can't unsuspend it, ever.
2) You can't get backups because you can't get access to the account. You're responsible for all backups, so if you didn't take them before deciding that breaking the TOS was a good idea, that's your fault and not something we can remedy.

Fair warning for all who stumble on here after this: Ragequit on x10 and threaten to report us to the police? Please, don't be stupid. We're covered with the TOS indicating we can refuse service to anyone at any time and that no refunds will be provided upon discontinuation of service due to a contravention of the Terms of service. Refund can indeed include backups, which means if you didn't back your stuff up first, that's your fault.

Follow the rules and we get along just fine.
