Hi,

I think this is probably a coincidence, although this may be a peak time for the server. If lots of free accounts are getting lots of hits, the server has to do extra work, and would therefore make your site slow.

If you need better reliability, I'd recommend you upgrade to Illuminated or Premium, where there are fewer sites per server, so therefore more resources per site.
